"And then some...
These three little words are the secret to success.
They are the difference between average people and top people in most companies.
The top people always do what is expected...
And then some...
They are thoughtful of others; they are considerate and kind...
And then some...
They are good friends and neighbors...
And then some...
They can be counted on in an emergency...
And then some...
I am thankful for people like this, for they make the world more livable.
Their spirit of service is summed up in these little words...
And then some...

Please take a moment to read the following letters of testimony from some of my past clients. These letters emphasize the professional service I provide and the level of client support to which I am committed.
You deserve the highest commitment to customer satisfaction from your real estate agent. As one of the top real estate professionals in your area, I am prepared to meet your expectations... and then some.
Sincerely,
If you knew the circumstances of the ridiculous rigmarole that we had to go through for the purchase of my condo, you would
be astonished to hear that I could not have been happier with my buying process - but it's absolutely true thanks to Sheila Lange.
The condo I now live in was a foreclosure, therefore bank-owned and run through a listing agent who was almost entirely
uncommunicative. During the three months between viewing the condo and actually being able to submit a purchase agreement, Sheila
worked tirelessly calling and emailing the bank, the condo association president, the seller and the listing agent, trying to
make sure that I wouldn't lose out on this property. She remained in constant contact, emailing me each week and giving me updates
on what was happening with the process.
When Sheila had finally broken through all of the red tape and finagled an opportunity for me to create and sign a purchase agreement, she
carefully walked me through each document, making sure that I understood what each was saying and the legal implications within. Being a
first time home-buyer, I would never have felt as comfortable and secure wading through these documents if it were not for Sheila's patience
and guidance. This care and attention to my comfort, and really, my education, continued as we went about the final steps of the purchase. She
always made sure to inform me of my rights as a buyer and advised me on strategy for counter-offers, closing dates, and price negotiations. With
Sheila, I always felt as though I had someone would would fight for my best interests.
Even after the after the documents had been signed and the purchase had officially closed, Sheila used her resource network to quickly find a
locksmith so that I could secure my unit. She was, simply put, always there to help and guide, providing resources and advice. Whenever I thanked
her for how much work she put in for my purchase, she always downplayed her own effort, saying that she was just pleased that she could help me
purchase my condo.
That humility and care for her customer make Sheila Lange an invaluable asset when purchasing a home. I would recommend Sheila Lange to any
of my friends who are in the process of looking to purchase a home - in fact, I already have! :)

Thanks again, Sheila. You just did a marvelous job with our house. You got a great price for us, got it done on time and coordinated everything. You
did just a wonderful, wonderful job for us. Your communication is so good and I loved the weekly updates you sent. That's why you do so well, Sheila.
It just reaffirmed to me that you're much different than the typical agent, by far. So thank you again, nice job!

Thank you for the wonderful experience you provided in selling our Burnsville home and helping with the purchase of our Lakeville location.
We asked you to handle the transactions because we are aware of your expertise and knowledge of both areas, but we soon learned that those factors were
dwarfed by your professionalism and knowledge of how to sell a home, not just a house. We would gladly stand on a soapbox in front of any audience to
tell them how highly we rate your abilities.
We also want to especially thank you for the compassion you provided as we faced the added difficulty of selling our home while coping with serious
health issues. It was a wonderfully smooth process and you did everything in your control to make it happen.

Sheila made selling and buying a positive experience for us. She arranged for and oversaw several "fix-it" situations at our old house, she negotiated for
our new home, she encouraged us constantly. Sheila earns her full commission. We would and will recommend her to anyone, and will certainly call her again
when/if we are ready to move. She has certainly earned our trust and appreciation.

We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the way you worked with us as newcomers to the Twin Cities real estate market. Your immediate response to our
initial inquiry was so helpful since we were on a pretty short timeline. Your communication systems were in good order allowing us to communicate through
a variety of challenging circumstances. Being able to access your website was a real plus, as it gave us a good idea of the market situation in the south
metro area, and enabled us to adjust and refine our expectations before we arrived.
The day we spent with you looking at properties was grand. First of all, you had listened carefully to us, and were able to propose the kind of properties
we were most interested in. I think we both appreciated how you were sensitive to our comfort level in price ranges and didn't try to push us into a range
that would strain us. Your sharing your wisdom and perspective in evaluating the various properties was also quite helpful.
Once we were prepared to make an offer, your professional expertise went to work in dealing with other realtors, with bank officers and closing agents and
others involved in the process. While guiding us through all the paperwork, you also kept us informed about how the process as a whole was proceeding and
helped us anticipate our next steps. I felt secure in knowing that we would be prepared for the closing, and indeed we were – moreso than the sellers!
So, we came away from the experience with the impression that we had worked with a person of skill, integrity and wisdom, enhanced by sensitivity and compassion.
We couldn't have asked for more or better!

...because the sale of our home and the purchase of another would be a major event in our lives, I decided it might be well to meet Sheila and, if you will,
interview her. During that initial meeting, I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, gracious, dedicated, energetic and genuinely interested in our plans
and expectations.
We were interested in looking at used townhomes, just to see what was out there, as we were not quite ready to actually put our home up for sale. Sheila planned
an itinerary of visits to various townhomes and spent an entire day accompanying us on such visits. She also provided us with a list of newly-constructed townhomes
and cottage homes that she felt we may be interested in. Bingo! While viewing a model of one of those homes, we found exactly what we wanted. You see, she took
the time and had the patience to find out exactly what we were looking for. She held our hands through the early stages of "should we or shouldn't we buy," the
purchase agreement, closing date coordination, financing, for us and the buyer of our home), etc.
At the same time, she assisted us in coming to grips with the sale of the home we have lived in for over 30 years. Without her patience, advice and understanding,
it could have been a gruesome experience. She clearly explained what we had to look forward to, kept us abreast of the real estate market and gave us constant assurance
that everything would work out to our satisfaction. She exposed our home to many potential buyers by using many different venues and actively pursued the sale of our
home on a daily basis. Sheila was hardworking and relentlessly followed up on every potential buyer.
In conclusion, the sale of our home, the purchase of our townhome, the closing of each and our move all went very smoothly, thanks to Sheila. To say that we are
pleased with Sheila's representation is an understatement! We are totally satisfied and recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Sheila,
We are very pleased with the professional services you brought to us when we were in need of selling our house. You were very thorough when explaining the selling
process and the extended services you and Coldwell Banker Burnet had to offer. You had "all bases covered" so to speak. The packet of information that was left
with us answered a lot of questions we had as to what was going to happen next. You were always available when we had a question. We trusted your experience and
knowledge and we were rewarded with our house selling in 6 days. You went above and beyond when you faxed all the final paperwork to my husband, who was in Asia on
business, assuring everything was completed properly. We were concerned that the title transfer was completed fully and correctly and that there were no loose ends,
as we left the country the day after closing. Everything went smoothly, buyer and seller were happy. Thank you for making the sale of our house and home go so well.
There was a lot for you to do, but you made it look effortless. A testament to you and the company.
Again, we are very pleased with the process and the sale of our house. We are fortunate that we went with the best!
Best Regards
Sharee Boutin
